Our recipes are influenced by the subtle flavours evident in the cuisine of the Gujarat region of Western India.
Whilst vegetarian dishes are very popular here, fish and chicken dishes are also much in evidence but with a lightness in flavour very unlike dishes from other parts of India and totally characteristic of this beautiful coastal region.
